Vetted Lodging & Transport: Drawing on my professional travel agent experience and local insights from the planter, I evaluate and suggest the best options for your team's size and budget.
Comprehensive Budget Forecasting: I provide an all-inclusive "all-in" budget estimate. This includes travel, lodging, food, and ministry materials (lumber, VBS supplies, etc.), so your team has a transparent final number.
Liability & Document Support: Receive ready-to-use templates for mission waivers, medical releases, and emergency contact lists tailored specifically to your trip’s location.
2. The Comprehensive "Go-Book" Itinerary
Detailed Daily Scheduling: Beyond a basic skeleton, you receive a full day-by-day itinerary including specific time blocks, ministry assignments coordinated with the planter, and structured travel and debrief times.
Cultural Field Guide: A dedicated guide explaining neighborhood dynamics, local "do’s and don’ts," and tips for effective engagement within that specific North American community.
3. Enhanced Planning Support
Pre-Trip Briefing (Zoom): I will join one of your team meetings to act as the "Travel Expert," answering questions and calming nerves. We will also have a final "Last Call" for any eleventh-hour Q&A.
Planter Liaison: I act as your primary point of contact with the church planter during the planning phase. I work to clarify:
Real vs. Perceived Needs: Ensuring your team does exactly what is helpful.
Schedule & Priorities: Making sure everyone is on the same page regarding time and ministry goals.
Expectation Management: Aligning both sides so there are no surprises on arrival.
