Henry Horne
Henry Horne, a native of North Carolina, was saved at the age of nine under the ministry of the late Rev. Ronald Creech. He attended Bob Jones University and graduated from Free Will Baptist Bible College in 1979 where he received his B.A. in Bible and Pastoral Training.
Upon graduation, he served as Youth Minister at the Ashland City FWB Church in Ashland City, Tenn. under the ministry of the late Rev. Terry Boyd. From 1980 – 1987, he served as the Associate Pastor at Cramerton FWB Church under the ministry of the late Rev. Bob King.
From 1987 to 2019 (32 years), he served as the Senior Pastor of Union Chapel FWB Church in Chocowinity. April 28th, 2019, he stepped down and now speaks in revival, conferences, filling the pulpit for needed churches and pastors.
He was married to the late Laurie Carter Horne for thirty 36 years…who the Lord took home on January 14th, 2016, after a 4 1/2-year battle with breast cancer. For the past six years he has been married to Lisa Ann.
Daughter – Lauren Kimbrell; married to Stephen Kimbrell, Pastor of Grace City Church, Irvine, California
Son – Joshua Horne: married to Julianna Moreno: Joshua serves on the staff at Gateway FWB Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Six grandchildren: Lily Kate, Ainsley, Carter, Jocelyn, Liam, Lila
Six step-grandchildren: Isaiah, Oliver, Samuel, Evie, Miles, and Elleigh
